Meet Sissey Wilder...

Sissey Wilder is a consummate romantic who believes that every great love story deserves a forum, and that love transcends all. She grew up in Mobile, Alabama listening to her elders tell stories that were wrought with emotional turmoil and unforeseen romance. She lived in Mainz, Germany for nearly three years, traveling to Paris, Rome, Pisa, Florence, and many cities in Germany. The backdrop for her debut romantic fiction relationship novel is Destin, Florida, a place she visits often where she enjoys the pristine emerald green waters of the gulf, the gentle whisper of the wind, the soothing rays of the sun, and the white-capped waves that gently stroke the sugar white sand beaches.
Sissey holds a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and has published numerous non-fiction articles on various subjects related to education.  She has written two non-fiction workbooks (Mama, Can't You Hear My Cry?, and The Nuts and Bolts of Grant Writing). She has written grants for various organizations for over twenty-five years.
Sissey enjoys every other weekend when she makes the transformation to Nana to her incredible twin granddaughters, Lia and Sana. She lives in Atlanta with her adorable soul-mate Joseph and their cat Jessie who truly thinks he was meant to be a dog.
Sissey is a member of the International Women’s Writer Guild, Romance Writers of America, Georgia Romance Writers of America, Southern Writers, and The Atlanta Writers Club.
